Just before I was about to pay for this product, the electricity went out in the store, so I had to come back. I'm not complaining, I just thought it was funny. The product works as designed and sounds fine. No problems.

This DVD player has lots of great features. However, this makes it more complicated to set up and use. Also, when you turn it on or open drawer, it responds very slowly. The ON light is very faint. But overall, a very good DVD player.

It works fine and the remote is intuitive to use, however the remote has entry keys that are not applicable to this model

This is a great product. I highly recommend this item to friends and family. Yes I would purchase this and other items. The store that service all mr audio needs have been great

Its a dvd player, it plays cds and dvds. The picture and sound is good, notjing to complain about . yet

Love the fact that it has all of the "smart" features, and easy to Connect to web based apps. Plays movies fine, but too new to assess durability, which is only reason I held back on "excellent" rating.

Hear DVD player. We have a 4k Sony, so we use this for playing CD's and it works great for that!

Low cost player - worked perfectly for spare room.

We have been very pleased with this purchase. We chose Sony because of our very positive experience with Sony products over the years. The only thing I would remark on is that the pilot light is rather dim for normal room light levels. In conjunction with the slight delay in responding to the power switch, we wondered for a few moments whether the unit was working. Once you know what to expect, there is no problem at all.

I purchased this product for our grand daughter. She came to spend the weekend and brought the frozen II DVD. So we had to buy the new DVD player. It's great.

Needed a simple dvd player. Not much to choose from in the non-blu-ray type. Also the only one with 1080 picture definition. Quality seems good and it does what I need it to do, play dvd's.
