    Purchased for use on a 1080p TV, great picture, Sony quality. A bit spendy for a DVD player, as you can get a Sony BluRay player for the same price.

    Basic DVD. It gets the job done. I use it 5days of the week for 8 hours day.

    My husband dropped our dvd player and needed a replacement. This one was smaller and less expensive than the one we replaced. We are happy with it.

    The affordable price and Sony name sold me on the item. Picked up at store and added am HDMI cable and it took me less than 5 minutes to set up and I was watching a DVD!

    The unit is pretty basic but just what I was looking for. I unpacked it and plugged in the jacks. Dropped in some batteries, clicked on the power, picked a movie and hit play.

    Pretty easy to setup. Probably not as senior friendly as I was hoping since it was purchased as a gift for a senior.

    Nice compact design with all the features that I needed except NO HDMI cable; but found one on BestBuy website for $6 or so with free shipping.
