    Works great with different dvd formats. Setup was fast and easy. You need a Hdmi cable for the best picture.

    I bought this Sony DVD player to upgrade an older Samsung model that did not have an HDMI output. This is a good DVD player for the price.

    Plays all kids dvds good.so far so good.runs smooth and silent.compact and doesn't take up much room.

    It did what we needed it to do. There just are some old movies we have on DVD and we like to watch them sometimes. This Sony works perfectly.

    Set up was easy. Even plays self made CDs that I recorded and made years ago. Smart buy for the money.

    The dvd player works well. It takes a bit to "warm" up before the ability to access the controls, but once warmed up works very well.
