Easy to set up an easy to use! Plugged the power cable into the wall and an HDMI cable into the TV (HDMI cable is sold separately).

Sony has always been quality equipment, I could have bought a no name for a few bucks less but the sony was a good price so I went for the better unit. works great and was a good value for the bucks

Great product for the price you pay. Plays all movies even copies perfect. Never had a problem. I would recommend to anyone. As a matter a fact we recently bought a second one.

I bought a new one and open box of the same item. To different purposes. One was just for my AVR to play cds. One was for playing DVDs at different location. The open box item was missing the remote and I needed that for switching tracks on CDs. I’d pass on the open box because Best Buy wanted me to purchase a separate remote.

This model was recommended to us by the best buy employee and it is a great value! Even our older DVD's have noticeably better picture quality when played on this DVD player.
