The unit is slow to respond to simple Remote Control commands like Power On, Open the tray, or Play the DVD. The Remote Control Volume Up/Down buttons do absolutely NOTHING so I don't know why they are even on there. I can't seem to get the AutoPlay option to function so I always need to press Play on the Remote, and wait for the unit to respond, to start the DVD. All said, I am disappointed with this Sony Unit. I would NOT recommend this unit.
