received product on time, and the dvd worked; however, I had called to ask if I could record with this device, was told yes but correct answer is no

I have owned a lot of DVD players over the years. This product is well made, does not get hot (like other players I have owned) and provides a sharp image.

Overall the player is working fine. I have had some remote control issues. Don't know if batteries are low.

Easy plug and play. Chose this one because of the HD and it was the cheapest at the time. Good buy, standard met. I know I could have purchased a more technically equipped machine, but just needed it to see a redbox rental.

I bought for my son to use with his new smart TV. It works great.

We brought this for my mom, hers broke and she needed something good but inexpensive and this was perfect.

Some of us still use a dvr & this one does the job. Easy set up, great price. Doesn't get alot of use but so far no issues

Exactly what I was looking for and needed to replace an old one.

Traded Samsung phones. Reps were helpful. But unfortunately since Best Buy has taken all the actual Samsung reps who are troubleshooters out of the stores, it's difficult when a problem arises.

Great device for watching or listening anything on a disk.

Good player. But the eject button doesn’t respond most of the time.

Very good player. Bought it for my daughter to listen to CDs.

Excellent inexpensive DVD player. Exactly what we were looking for. It really should come with an hdmi cable though.

I really loved using it. The best part was it got so perfectly connected to my Smart TV and I could read the playlist on my TV before playing the songs... :) Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great dvd player. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there should have been some type of LED readout on the unit itself...otherwise....great player....BANG FOR THE BUCK!

Have not used this DVD player yet as it’s a Xmas gift. However, Sony is a great brand and the price was just right. Look forward to giving it to my Mom.

It plays dvds ok so far. Remote button doesn’t work…the center button which I think it is the enter button. But in my world everything electrical gets fixed by a higher power so I’ll wait for that. The price was cheap enough. Don’t feel like returning it for the enter button which I have faith will work one day soon.
