    That's what I was expecting. It was well packed when it arrived. Hooked up no problem to my LG TV. Now I can watch my video library again.

    The remote is a little hard to figure out...but I will work with it one day....but it needs a REPEAT button....instead of having to go thru display

    I wasn't sure but found out that I do have HD TV and only need HDSM wire for the DVD and i'm glad that I did myself . cuz i'm a lady!! smile!!

    Had lower priced Sony product without the upconvert feature that stopped working....had to replace & got that feature for a couple of dollars more...just hope it lasts longer than its predecessor...

    Simple and basic for a display in our lobby. Only bad thing is I keep burning out these units in about four months since the reps forget to turn off the unit each night when they close up shop.
