DVD player works on both my older television and new

The sony dvd works well, but I just wish it last longer.

After receiving this product, it was missing the remote control. When I called to report the issue, the only alternative was to return the product via UPS or drive an hour to see if the store had one for me. I found a remote control on e-bay for approx. $10. I asked the agent on the phone, if they could credit me that amount. They told me it was not possible, which seemed to be the logical solution at the least expensive resolution. Instead I had to spend the time and gas to return the product to UPS in town, 3o minutes from my home. This left me very disatisfied with customer service, and will not do business again with Best Buy.

We were very pleased to get the player so quickly; we are disappointed that it is a made in China item; we are boycotting made in China items as much as we can; we need to bring products back to the USA or at the very least start mfg in countries that to put their people to work.

Great dvd playe, especially for the price. Up converter feature works well.

Simple, quick to plug in, upconversion works well.
