It is very compact/small, so that was appealing to us. Don't use it often, but haven't had any problems with it.

When I called to report the issue, the only alternative was to return the product via UPS or drive an hour to see if the store had one for me. I found a remote control on e-bay for approx. $10. I asked the agent on the phone, if they could credit me that amount. They told me it was not possible, which seemed to be the logical solution at the least expensive resolution. Instead I had to spend the time and gas to return the product to UPS in town, 3o minutes from my home. This left me very disatisfied with customer service, and will not do business again with Best Buy.
