Started glitching after only a few uses

Now I have to reload the DVD each time I want to return to watching it. Otherwise it will not respond to PLAY command

I purchased it online and picked up but then realized it wasn't Blueray. So, I exchanged it before I even took it home. Not sure why I'm supposed to review but if it gets me points, okay.

We called Best Buy Insurance and a lady tried to walk us through but to no avail. It is just too complicated for us old (80 and 86) folks.

I like to watch TV series but I can't figure out how to easily change from one episode to the next. It's fine for watching movies but not user friendly for TV series.

First night we played the dvd it skips it and it stops the dvd. Changed dvds does the same thing. Don’t get it
