DVD Player would not read disc

Once the set up process was final, then the DVD player stopped working. The door would not open at all! I had to go through the hassle of returning it to the Best Buy!

Not working.

Its defective. I have no way if getting it back right now. Would have to take a trip to Jamaica later this year.

no power to unit
