I have had it over a month, and it is working well. The only thing that could be better is the very small light on top of the DVD player that comes on when the DVD player is turned on. A more noticeable light at the top for when the DVD player is on would be an improvement.

I bought a new Sony X950H HDTV, and my old DVD player (pre-dated HDMI technology) wouldn't play my older DVDs properly, despite getting a special component cable to adapt between them. I didn't need a fancy 4K high performance unit, so this one was perfect. No problem connecting it to the TV, and I can watch the DVDs I have. I really haven't tried all the features it has, but so far it fits my purposes.
