We have many DVDs including movies and DVDs from Great Courses. Bought this to play them when we get bored when we are camping and without TV, cell phone, or internet reception, which actually happens more often than one might think, it works great. Good value. Fits perfectly on the shelf beneath the TV.

Arrived very quickly. Easy setup and most importantly, easy for my elderly mother in law to operate.

This Sony DVD player was purchased from a local Best Buy store. The unpackaging and setup was easy and quickly completed. I use it with a Samsung TV for both video DVD and audio CD playback. The instructions provided for set- up and use are limited but proved to be adequate.

This is a quality dvd player especially for $45. I especially like the HDMI access.
