Good quality, simple to use, menus pretty good

Disclaimer that I haven't used it long, but seems to be performing quite well! Picture looks good (though it will vary with your tv some) and connects easily. One thing I would say is the menu to alter the image could be a bit more user friendly, but still gave options to fine tune if desired.

AGAIN HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, PATIENT AND POLITE. HE TOOK HIS TIME AND HE SHOWED US HOW TO ACCESS AND USE THE DVD PLAYER AND HE ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS.
