Works great and extremely easy setup. Had no problems and good quality picture.

This a good, but not great, DVD player. If you wanted great you'd get a BluRay player that costs 2-3 times as much, but if you need to play DVDs then this is fine.

Wanted an easy-to-install/easy-to-use DVD player in a hurry for a one-time book club "movie night." Watched the DVD, encountered no problems. Will probably keep the player hooked up in case we come across another DVD whose content isn't available for streaming. Glad we ordered this product!

I haven’t had it for long but it has performed well. Picture and sound excellent. I especially like that it has controls on the machine, which many brands do not.

Even though DVD players feel like a thing of the past, I still have a lot of movies and home videos on DVD that I like to watch from time to time. This model is slim, takes of little space and works perfectly.

We bought this for our 95 yr old mother who just became a permanent resident of a nursing home. We were looking for quality and ease of use. This provided her with both. Her caretakers have enjoyed sharing their video libraries with her. She has thoroughly enjoyed passing an afternoon away with a good movie.

Excellent operation and ease of watching old DVDs. It also allows study of programs where not shown on main channels.

Overall they unit works great. What was labeled as excellent out of box, was in fact missing the remote. Customer service was helpful.

The Sony DVD player with HD Upconversion is easy to use and plays discs with great video and audio. It's priced very reasonably, and is a wonderful back-up to a Blu-ray player. Definitely a great value for the money!

The first DVD player I purchased for my daughter to use at college. It was perfect for her situation. When she moved to an apartment she wanted another one for her bedroom. They both worked perfect. We recently remodeled a bedroom and purchased a 3rd DVD player for that room and it is working very well. No complaints.

Sony - DVD Player with HD Upconversion - Black Is just what I was looking for. Connecting Audio & Video cable needs to be a little bit longer, optional hook up is available Controller is easy to use, overall the DVD quality is good. I give it an excellent rating.

Haven't used it yet. Will comment on it when I do. However I do have a Sony DVD player that I bought from Best Buy a few years ago, and I love it!!! I believe this new one is either the same as the one I bought a few years ago, or an upgraded version of it.

The device works effortly to deliver high definition TV from DVD's. The Sony works much better than the Sylvania player that also has an HD port. My only complaints are: 1) control is only possible with the remote controller 2) ejecting by remote requires multiple taps on the button.

Bought this for our motorhome. It works very well and puts out a great picture. I would have given it 5 stars except not happy with the lack of controls on the unit itself. hope we never lose the remote.

This is the perfect DVD player. Everything you need is on the remote control.
