I Love This DVD Player... I Still use A DVD Playrer this one is High Def Creates A Great Picture and Very Very small and easy To Use!!

I needed a new DVD player to watch old DVD movies I still have. This one set up easily and works well with the HDMI connection to my TV. I can see the movies in HD which improves the quality of picture.

This is another great Sony product that is very affordable. It allows for an HDMI connection and the Upconversion feature works very well. Sony includes a very useful remote control that will even upon the tray. This player loads a DVD much quicker than a BluRay DVD player. I have used several of these over the years and they hold up well. The on screen menus are also easy to use. This model does not have a visual display on the unit, which is something I miss from the older models. You cannot go wrong with this DVD player. It also works well with CDs, but it does load a bit slower than a regular CD player.

Great picture. Small size. Easy, easy to hook up. Comes with RCA plugs, I used an HDMI cord I purchased separately. Has remote with batteries included.

Enjoyed the disc player very much. Easy set up, easy to use remote. Should have gotten an up conversion disc player long ago. Makes quite a difference on viewing DVDS.

DVD players have certainly come a long way. This latest one that we bought is compact, super easy to hook up, and plays our DVDs with great clarity and efficiency. I could not believe how inexpensive they have become. It's nice to have a real deal these days.

This DVD player was very inexpensive for a name brand product. It is extremely light in weight and small enough that it does not take up a lot of room. The quality is very good and I would recommend this DVD player to others

The Sony DVD player with HD upconversion is a great buy for the price. The HDMI connection ensures great picture quality. It is also super easy to install.

Yep - bought a DVR while I could still find one. The $$price for Sony is exceptional. I needed a backup for all my DVDs vs. paying for a streaming provider download of DVDs I already own. And this model upconverts for my 4K Samsung TV. Great value!

Very decent quality picture, cost-effective player. Most DVD's viewed are checked out from the library, so Blue-Ray isn't important to me. I purchased an HDMI cable allowing the player to upgrade the image (HD Upconversion) and that does appear to improve the picture on my TCL smart TV over what conventional RCA connectors convey. The remote does fine with the basics for the player, not sure yet if it will also coordinate to my particular TV but I have a Roku remote. The very basics of the player can be operated without the remote, during remote disappearing acts. If the player continues to hold up, it's a great value.

So, I ordered the new TV from Best Buy and then realized I needed cables and connections to integrate it with our older DVD and stereo. I thought I'd order from Amazon, and did, but when I checked the order the next day it said it was going to take a MONTH to receive the order. CANCEL! Went online to Best buy and picked up the cables and new DVD player, picked it up an hour later and was enjoying excellent surround sound and my DVD collection in no time. The DVD player was a great bargain, and easy to set up and use! Skip AMAZON, got to Best Buy and get your stuff right away!

Provides desirable features for a DVD player. Easy to use remote. Connected an HDMI cable (which I supplied) between the DVD player and LG TV, plugged it in, and it worked first time.
