We hooked it up, and it just plain doesn't work. We were on the phone with Sony for a half hour trying all their suggested troubleshooting ideas, but no luck. They suggested we return it. And therein lies the second problem-there's no way to safely return it to Best Buy. They are not offering mail-back returns, only drop off at a store. I'm 69, and my husband is 82. We don't feel safe going out of the house for that kind of non-essential trip. We're very disappointed in Best Buy.
