I can't get the receipt for the item .I have to return it to sony but can't get the receipt from best buy.been on hold for 2 hours .I so disgusted with the lack of actual help. I'M disabled and was tolld item was under warranty by best buy through them.They lied.

Good for 92 days & then ...

Worked well so far

ok simple dvd player

Good playback, but slow response of remote

I Got A Lemon

Terrible Fed-X shipping

Not up to Sony standards

Skips on older store bought DVDs. No USB for playing other types of video like on Philips. 1 good feature: starts movie from where you last watched, even if you turn power off. Overall quality not worth Sony name. Next time I'll buy a "no region" DVD player online with USB that will play any disk or format and let me skip FBI warnings.
