Got it home, didn't work, stopped playing intermediately no matter the CD or DVD. The unit is very small and buttons on front edge, if it had worked, I wouldn't have liked that you have to push the buttons hard enough that the unit tips up in the back. Disappointed

Best buy would not exchange it because of the 15 day policy. So far Sony is making all kinds of excuses to not exchange it also so their warranty is all but useless. Very disappointing.

After about 4 uses, it needs to be restarted to watch the dvd. As time goes on, it is getting more problematic to view dvds on this player. DONT BUY THIS PLAYER. I see that I am unable to return it after 2/28. I will try anyway. I didn't realize that this was a open box item either.
