I wish it had a counter display so I knew where it was in a movie, but it's BASIC - you can't have everything.

They love it and it plays every DVD we put into it with no problems. We have only had it for months but nice to have a quality piece of electronics that I don't have to return! Price was reasonable also.

The pictures are superb and the sound quality is just as fantastic. It is great as a second DVD player or if you need to upgrade your original one the price can't be beat. Well Done Sony .... no complaints from this Satisfied customer.

One thing that is lacking is that no HDMI cable was included in the package. I have to purchase that separately. In this day and age with smart TVs, this cable should be standard issue with all DVD players. Otherwise, the item is great.

This is a pretty standard DVD player. My last Sony DVD player lasted for years. So, hope this one does too. You will probably need a HDMI cable. I had one already, so this worked.

I just needed a simple DVD player for kids videos and that's what this is. Nothing top of the line, and it's incredibly small compared to the one it replaced, but it was a simple hook-up and quality picture. At this price, that's all I could expect.
