Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this lens os amazing. i primarily shoot on primes but this zoom lens is worth it. i did not have a chance to use the original 24-70gm and i thought about making that purchase due to the price point but after feeling the weight difference along with the new features on the gm2 i do NOT regret my purchase.

I wish I knew more before I bought my first lens. The 24 to 70 mm length is great for all around photographs. This review won't make you buy it because you just should do it. It's just darn expensive.
