    Maybe it was the one I got, but the lens was noisy and always trying to focus, even when not holding down the button. Pictures from the lens looked great.

    Nifty fifty never can go wrong with this lens. Sharp images aperture creates great boka. This lens is a must in your bag of lens, no matter the brand.

    Love the lens. I feel like I’m shooting with my favorite 35mm film camera. I haven’t had a chance to compare it to the Zeiss lens but for the price, it is wonderful.

    The focal length of this camera is great. 50mm is excellent for street photography, and wide enough for some landscape. Perfect lens to get close to subjects too. Very impressed.

    Image quality is good on the A7 Mark2. Even with the latest firmware updates in the lens and camera, autofocus is still slow, but considering the price, I think it is a very good lens.

    A decent quality portrait lens works with emounts as well as a good a/f that works well for car photography
