Most versatile lens for full frame

This is only true if you have a full frame sensor. If you are using a cropped sensor this shoots closer to an 85mm which requires you to be further back from your subject than you probably want. The bokeh is amazing though & still a fantastic lens

Nifty fifty a must!

I was told by a few photographer friends this is a good affordable lens to have. It’s very light in weight and takes great photos. My other lens is great but it’s big and bulky so depending on where I am this lens is easier to handle.

It is more than enough to shoot photos and videos. Just do some research and practice using it and you won't regret your purchase. Portraits, landscapes, product, automotive, sports, etc,.

An adorable, quality, entry level 50mm lens. I have used it quite a bit now and very much prefer it over yet kit lens I got with my camera, to the point that I will use it even when it's less convenient than my variable zoom lens.

It'll get you those nice and blurry backgrounds, for photo I think the lens is worth the price, it does however tend to hunt for focus a bit and it is a little loud, but it should be fine for photo. i probably wouldn't recommend this for video though.

Awesome Prime Lens

This is the perfect travel sized lens for my set up. I usually run two massive lenses that can get heavy and costly if broken. This nifty fifty lens is the perfect prime lens to get any shot I need when I do not have my usual art lenses available.

(I have Sony a7iii) This will give you that cinematic focal length with amazing blurry background ! Paired this up with a polarizer filter and it’s amazing. Bought the lens July of 2021 and came updated to version 3.0. I’d recommend updating if it’s not at least 3

I know it’s rather inexpensive, but I’ve tried other ones that I have been able to pick up for less than $100, and they are much sharper than this lens. However, I will say that I absolutely love this lens. It works perfectly with my Sony Nex F3, I think that’s what camera I have. The sharpness is a bit hazy when you are at f/1.8-2.8, but after that, the image quality has blown me away.

Very capable lens!
