    Was the only lens I could find in the valley, but it works as intended and the quality is better than expected. The lens is also clearer than I expected for the price point

    If you want a 50mm this is your go to! If you are a beginner then don’t hesitate and buy this one! Because you just can’t go wrong with it! Dreamy Boka and sharp images!

  • Outstanding Lens For Sony Alpha Series Cameras

    This lens was purchased for my Sony Alpha Series 6400 camera body as it's "Primary" lens. It is easy to put on, and take off, the camera body via the Bayonet mount system. It is not a screw on lens it snaps into place. The picture quality is amazing using this lens. I received a Sony combination telephoto lens with the camera purchase. I bought this for everyday simple picture taking. This is my prefered lens. It can take various screw on filters . I keep my UV filter and circular polarization filter on the 50mm at all times. It also comes with both a lenas cover & cover to keep the back of the lens clean and the parts from being damaged. I recommend this lens.

    Overall great lens for price. A little bit on the hazy side but with editing the pictures look better. spending extra money on better lens would be better but this is a great starter lens.

    Great lens for the price. Autofocus is slower than I'd like but nothing too bad. Af noise is definitely noticable so can't say it's the best for video. Otherwise, great bang for your buck.

    Quite disappointed. The lens is cheap (so called "nitty fifty"), sharp and it focuses quickly, but the colors are muted and something about the shots just isn't right - and it was used on both full frame and crop sensors. It might just be a personal preference, though.

    We love this lens for our Sony a6400. It gives you quality portrait photos. It is a closer le se so it is more for up close head/body shots. But the quality of resolution is excellent and makes every picture look professional right out of the box.

    It’s a really amazing lens for someone who likes shooting in dark and wants close up portraits. It really performs with that f/1.8 . Just get it I would say. Best and cheapest lens out there.
