They sound were great in these but it went out after about 6 months. It was cutting in and out. However, We did buy these used. I have the rose gold pair that are brand new. I have no trouble at all so that could be it.

I am SO excited and glad I got this for my boyfriend. He LOVES it and uses it every time he plays. They’re are noise canceling which we really like. And if I need to study or anything, he will turn it on to where only sound comes through the headphones and I don’t hear anything, which is perfect!

This is probably not the products fault as it happened with the Gen1 version of this headset as well. But audio always cuts in and out with these like I lose connection to the USB base, probably due to wireless interference in my apartment.

Overall, great product! Unfortunately, with me having no work-life balance and starting my doctoral program I don't have time to take full advantage of it but I plan to make up for it this weekend!! :-)

The quality of these headphones is not the good and the sound is average for 100 dollars. Good intro headphones. They should come standard with the ps4, imo.

The earphones are cool, my sister lost the usb part, I don’t know why people hate on the Sony earphones so much. People say the beats are better but I just use them sometimes to play when the noise is too loud.

My son had another headset (an expensive pair) that the usb adapter broke on so they had to be replaced. He chose these rather than the more expensive ones like he already had which surprised me. He absolutely loves them.

Ok this is my second pair. My first pair was the first generation folding hard plastic headband which worked great until they fell off my head one day and snapped in half. I then got this pair the new generation and they worked with some pretty bad connection issues until they just stopped. I traded them in because it was within the first 90 days and the second pair was worse than the first. I have just given up on any Bluetooth headphones for my PS4 and I just use a $5 plug in earbud with a boom mike lol. Hopefully the PS5 will have a better Bluetooth system lol

Love the ability to adjust chat and game volume separately, but con that the speaker is built into the earphone. Sounds like you're a bit further away from the mic

I tired these out for a few days and I ended up returning them. They were ok but it wasn't what I was looking for.I really didn't like he controls. I went ahead and bought Hyper X.

I like the platinum better but for the price well worth it Buttons take a time to get use to and need to take a break from them on the head for extended period of time

The included earbuds that come with the PSVR are great, but these headphones definitely take the immersion up a notch. Great pair of headphones, especially if you can get them on sale.

Bought these for my 10 yr son for a gift and he uses them for every thing to game on his laptop as well as his PS4. Best headset that I have Ever bought....

Battery is not great. Sound is good, but it's more like for music audio, not really gaming audio.

I still turn these on for sound at night for scary movies or games, connects to other devices as well and I was surprised lol

Ordered this to pair with the VR for Christmas. The only issue is uppity can't use it as bluetooth with the VR... must use the aux chord for connection

These are the headphones my son wanted to go with his Playstation. He wanted them just in case he got the VR for Christmas. He couldn't be happier.

I love this headset. No mic protruding. The buttons can be hard to find in a dark room. I have remember them so this is not a problem.

Expensive, should be less expensive for the quality materials that was used in production of this product. Otherwise, works good for the two moths so far.
