The headset is comfortable to wear however it is not easily identifiable which way should face forward. The mic does a decent job at eliminating much of the background noise but often times sounds low or garbled to people you are communicating with. Some other negatives: medinf a dongle on an official product when the system has Bluetooth built in is ridiculous. The headset, even with the dongle has very limited range. There's also a ton of interference with you are using the other USB ports on the system. with many players requiring a external USB hard drive at this point in the console generation this is a huge issue. if I could do it again I would not buy this headset I would take a look at another brand for sure

Got this as a gift for my boyfriend. He loves the headphones and the fact that they're versatile. They come with the audio jack cord and an USB flash drive that goes into the system and makes the headphones wireless & Bluetooth. I will definitely be buying more for the rest of the boys in my life.

Bought as a gift for my 10yr old nephew who lives to play video games. He is very rough with his headsets ,he runs, jumps and throws it around all the time and it has held up. Good quality sound and had no echoing when talking . I definitely would recommend this headset for beginners and for semi pro gamers .

This wireless headset sounds amazing! When you play with other players, you have the option to select what you want to hear more of. The sound of the game playing or talking to other players within the game with a lower game volume in the background. Every time I play, I use the headset.

Really love Sony products! I get about 12hrs of gaming, which is good enough for me, but I did plug them in with the aux cord provided, into the controller & continued playing. No audio issues at all with my gaming friends. Very happy!

At first I had to get used to them being put on the right way. Left side on the left ear and right side on the right ear. When it’s put on wrong the microphone doesn’t allow me to speak directly into it, but once you flip it the right way it works like a charm. I call that Apple magic.

I didn’t get the Neo Versa pack because someone stole it out of the box, i’m upset about that, but it’s okay. Sound is great the mic isn’t really all that great, but I prefer being able to hear than what my friends hear. VSS works amazing it has really helped me in game.

the headset is good. It gives a simulated surround sound. But after a few weeks it started giving a wierd feedback to my friends so i gave it to one of my friend and he didnt have the same feedback problem. I ended buying a astro a50 and im never going back.

I love these headphones especially that I can change the audio when it comes to me talking to friends and have the gaming audio low in the background and when I’m playing by myself have the audio louder then the chat!! Super easy to connect with you PS4 aswell !!

This headset is light, comfortable, sounds very good, clear, good microphone, and has a surprisingly good surround (7.1). I tried others wired headset and I was surprised with the results of this one... I highly recommended it. Cons..... Need a bigger battery capacity...

Some reviews said its not that strong, but i got this for my nephew, and it is still solid, compared to the other headset he had that broke really fast.. I can't speak for my self, but he said he loves it and has no complaints on functionality...
