Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't know how there is no information about this issue online but when doing fast zooms in or out this lens completely blurs the image for a split second. This does not happen on the Canon 16-35 and I have multiple friends with this same Sony lens which all encounter the same blurring issue. Wouldn't be a problem for photos but for video it's unusable and I had to return the day after I purchased it.

Incredible Piece of Glass

Was it too much overlap and frivolous? This lens is absolutely incredible. From the first shot I was floored by the color and detail that I captured. I am currently in north Georgia and I can’t wait to take it out for a real shoot of scenery and stars. I cannot recommend it enough! It is fantastic! Good job Sony!

I have used a LOT of different wide angle lenses and wide angle zooms, but this is one of the best I've ever used. Highly recommended for Sony A7RIII + shooters!

Incredible lens
