Awesome mid to upper level lens

I do mostly still photos but it works great for video as well. This lens is great for portrait photos, it offers a great depth of field. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

Versatile and FAST

I’ve used it for sports, concert and portraits with great results! Beautiful bokeh even though it’s not a prime. Haven’t used the focus lock button a lot but it’s a nice feature to have.

Great all-around lens for close to medium distance

I wanted to step up my armature photography game, and this lens is definitely helping. It's currently on my A6400, but plan on picking up the a7 IV once it's available. It seems very well made and also fast and quiet to focus.

Absolutely love this lens and will definitely recommend to all who desire a superb G Master lens. Although expensive compared to others, the background blur is buttery smooth!!
