    The Sony G Master 24-70 2.8 lens is a fantastic lens for all around Event Photography. Super sharp lens at all ranges in great blur in the background at 2.8. I would buy this lens again.

    This should be the lens you buy first. This with a a7riii. Great sharpness. Fast focus. Works with tracking. Facial recognition. Good for portraits even. Should of bought this before the Sony 55 zeiss

    Well built, fast focus, reasonably sharp (as expected at this price point). Not very outstanding in this very heavily competitive product category (Canon and Nikon both have better performers for their system). Maybe the next version (supposedly due soon) will be amazing, like the MK II of Sony’s 70-200 F2.8

    Great lens, previously had the Zeiss f4 and decided it was time to upgrade and couldn't be happier. As a wedding photographer this lens stays on my camera 90% of the time and I would consider it a must have.
