Controller works fine and was in fantastic condition. There was a point when the camera analog was moving itself but that later got fixed.

I need some new controllers for my Playstation 4 and I saw these refurbished controllers on the Best Buy website for a very good price so i thought I'd give them a try and they work just as well as the brand new controllers out of the box for quite a bit less. Great purchase.

I purchased this refurbished PS4 controller and so far, I have no problem. I've been playing for about a month with it and never experienced any problems while playing and the battery life is par with the controller that came with the console. I recommend this item!

I got this to play video games with my friends. when received I realized that I had none. good quality, slightly used, great at playing games, yet still no friends. Controller is also Great.

By far this is one of the best controllers I have use, it fits perfect on the hands, the analog and D pad is set in the right place. definitely one of my favorite.

We decided to purchase the refurbished one and take the chance on it. The first one was definitely off but the second one seems to be just like new. Best Buy returned the first one with ease.

The controller came in good condition, it was just completely filthy. I assumed even if you were buying a used controller it should still come wiped down and sanitized? Especially since it was only $5 less than a brand new one. This was the first time I’ve bought a controller from Best Buy so maybe it’s just how they do things.
