This past week. Won’t make either mistake again.

Controller PS button doesn't work either after charging the controller to connect to the console. What an absolute waste of my time, thanks for nothing.

Horrible Shipping
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The PS4 works fine but it was delivered in a box that’s was destroyed with no protection, just the console in a box. All the accessories were in a zip loc bag. I’m very lucky to have actually received a console and not a box of pieces. My luck is the only reason this isn’t a zero star. Will not be ordering anything else from Best Buy.
