Even though these were refurbished they have performed as well as new so far. With a price of less than half of new, they were a super bargain. The only con was that no user's manual was included but I was able to view one on Sony's website.

It’s a good pair of headphones but note that these are not Bluetooth

After purchasing these headphones, I quickly realized that what you tried to turn up the volume on the right side, the design is. Ideal. You spend most of your time trying to figure out exactly where all of the buttons, and especially the volume control is. Bot very user-friendly.

These headphones are junk. They keep glitching when using with a loud popping sound with the audio and now they shut off after 10-15 minutes of use and will not reconnect. Taking them back to the store now I know why they were refurbished!!!!!!

This is the most disgraceful, misleading, waste of time purchase have made in quite some time. Firstly, perhaps the Geek Squad could use that geekiness to confirm all the components were in the box (neither of the cables connecting device to TV were in box; luckily I have a bunch of cables all over the house that work for any emergency!). No instructions, but that's easy fix online. Biggest issue - they are awful Not the sound quality, but the little static noise that comes on every time something on the TV hits a high frequency/tone. Like a fraction of second of a vinyl record scratching. Disaster of a product, or let's say of Geek Squad and Best Buy selling something that is horrible on so many levels. Thanks Best Buy! Wow does my son love these. I do too because I don’t have to listen to him complain anymore. Sometimes I wish he would take them off though because I have to tap him on the shoulder to get his attention.

The headset is amazing for tv. Would be great if it had a aux option.

Works as advertised. Problem I had is with Best Buy. Both of these items were open box and refurbished and had missing parts. Would have been nice if Best Buy inspected each package for proper contents before shipping.

It came without the rechargeable battery so I had to return it to the store and asked them whether they can provide a battery or replace. They sai it was a refurbished item so no battery can be provided. Disappointed.

I tried several different ways but they refurbished model would not work. I was looking forward using them for my television however I will have to find another way.

This is best for night time when everyone is sleeping

I was hoping to use this when my wife is working or sleeping. There was too much static and did not have much advantage over my hardwired headset.

I’m actually not sure of their quality but I bought these and had to return them when they didn’t have the power cord. Also it was kind of disappointing that they didn’t weren’t actually fully wireless as you have to plug the stand in to your tv.

No Bluetooth. Dedicated to cord and only one device.

Good headphones. Used them so much the fabric broke down but sound and function still work great after two years.

Beware of refurbished product & make sure you understand return policy. One works, but the other does not. I am two days late on returning product.

I bought this set on a open package sale and I didn’t read the contents. It wasn’t BestBuys fault cause they wrote under the content “ no plug”
