You're going to need some sort of extended warranty with these because they're likely to crack from the top. It's best to grab them from the top portion of the frame as apposed to the sides where the ear cups are. It's fine for the price but there are better options.

In game when trying to communicate with friends or other players, they would tell me they can barely hear me. Even though I adjusted volumes on the headset, in game options, or settings... I'd get the same response or result. Still a good headset overall with the surround sound, but most headset are getting those features too nowadays.
