I have the sound turned as high as it can go and I wish it could go much louder. Also, since it is wireless sometimes the connection goes in and out with tiny audible clicks, which is annoying. Perhaps mine are defective and I should return them. On the plus side, they are very comfortable over the ears and my ears seem to adjust after a while to listening at lower volumes.

A reliable headset. I've had turtle beach... But since I'm deaf from one ear.... Can't really take advantage of stereo sound.. So these do the job for me!!!

A gift for my granddaughter for her birthday. Just what I was looking for. Headphones work really well and she is very happy with them.

Bought same mic last year and love it. You can change in game and chat volume which I like. Battery runs out pretty quick though after a couple hours.

The headset is good for all types of gamers. Sony always makes solid products which includes these headsets.

I have purchased many headsets for my teenage boy in the past that have either not fit him well, or did not last long. Out of the box the Sony Gold headset was easy to set up and fit nice.

When buying headphones, there was to many options so i stuck with Sony and very happy and happy how best buy proce matched with amazon. Great buy

Setting up the headset and getting it to work was a pain actually don't understand what I did to get it working bit the quality of sound once it was working is great

My grandson was very happy to have his headset because the headset for his PS4 is broken and he had to mend it with lots of tape so he could use it.

Got it on sale for my hubby and so far he is enjoying them with no complaints. Will come back when more time has passed to see how they hold up.

Previously purchased the afterglow headset, but it had really bad echoe issues. This one works great! I should have bought this one to begin with!

These are good headphones and work flawlessly. My only complaint is you have to plug them into the VR headset to get them to work with it.

I love being able to play the game without disturbing anyone. The music sounds awesome in my ears. Great feature of changing the sound quality!

Great headset, comfortable to wear, i also use it as the main headset for my laptop now instead of earbuds, the fact that its wireless makes it even better.

I should start by saying that I am coming from a wired set of Turtle Beach headphones. I wish I would of never gotten rid of them. These headphones are great, but they leave me wanting more.....more battery.

Sound great, commute convenience is a plus. The only thing I see is it isn't compatible with blue tooth items such as phone but great for gaming

this headset is amazing the mic is built in which is great so you won't have anything in your face while you play it brings a charging cable I give it 5 stars

The Sony Gold Wireless Stereo Headset is excellent and I have a exclusive audio experience. I like it very much and I highly recommend it.

I would give this headphone 5 star but only 4, because it's not a Bluetooth headphone. You need to insert a wi-fi dongle to your PS4 or computer, which makes it less attractive. Everything else is good.
