the sound is great i wear glasses and making these types of sets comfortable can be tough but the adjustments on this one makes it somewhat easier

I originally purchased the Turtle Beach PX4 for my PS4. The PX4 has a loud hiss, is a pain to set up and does not connect via bluetooth. The extra chat cable to the controller is a pain also. So I returned them and bought the PS Gold. Amazing headset. Plug in the wifi transmitter and turn them on. Done. Sound great, no hiss, surround sound, hidden mic, no extra cables.

These are wonderful. The sound quality is absolutely phenomenal, and they are so easy to use. I even purchased a set for my dad as well.

I was really surprised to find these at Best Buy the other night when many retailers are still listing them as a pre-order. I'll admit, I have always been a little sceptical about headsets. I never really saw what the big deal was. However, I thought I would try these out. I am completely satisfied with them so far. Trust me when I say this, for the price, this headset is more than worth the it.

I've had these for a couple of months now. Before I got these I was using my sons turtle beaches, and liked them a lot. I found these on sale through a different company and Best Buy matched the price. I charged them before even turning them on. I noticed right away there was little instructions on how to use them. It was ok, I thought how hard could it be. Boy I was WRONG. When finally charged, figuring out how to use the volume control button / chat button was very confusing and a pain in the rump. Then the battery issue, this is my BIGGEST COMPLAINT. If you are a moderate to heavy game player plan on charging these every time you use them. the battery drains quick. The sound they produce is good. Other players don't complain about voice quality on their end. Comfort is ok if wearing them for a while. For the price I paid they are OK. I wouldn't have paid the full PRICE for this product. If I would have to pay full price I would have put a little more money with it and got a pair of good Turtle Beaches. Again these are OK if you can find them on sale.

I picked these up yesterday and got about an hour's worth of gaming in. They're comfortable and easy to setup. Gun shots sound incredible and this headset gives the wearer the impression that he/she is fully immersed in the game. I stop short of 5 stars as I've only had a brief time with the headset but as of now, I'm extremely pleased with this purchase at this price point. The value is absolutely there!

This is a great set of wireless gaming headphones. Voice and surround sound is excellent. I highly recommend them!

Brought these home thinking that i wouldnt ever keep them. i wouldnt usually spend this kind of money on headphones or a headset. so really thought i was going to bring them home use them n then take them back. but wow was i wrong. i love everything about them. the sound couldnt be better. crisp n clear. plenty loud enough. to were i actually have them set to the lowest they can go..n can hear everything very well. i use them for gaming, watching movies, and even talking on my phone. my wife loves them because she can sleep while i enjoy my sci-fi/action movies without waking her up. like i said i was going to take them back. the headset i used before was a $19.99 one side ear set that was corded. IM NEVER GOING BACK! After these break or go out im going to look around at other that are out there n see what they have to offer. iv used a couple different sets but never owned my own. I couldnt be happier with these. Even the range is pretty good. i can walk around my entire house almost n they still work. so again great buy...Thank you best buy guy who told me to try them out lol.

I got these on sale so for that price I'm happy with it. The set up was simple, just plug in usb stick into ps4 and it's truly wireless unlike the turtle beach ones. The battery life will last you 3-4 hours and you can simple plug in the cable while you're playing if needed. With that said, the sound from these are not as clear and detailed as other headset. It's good, but you won't quite hear the ground rustling as you run or the bullets whizzing by you. The virtual surround can make the sound feel more immersive but it can also muffle it a bit. You can tweak the sound a bit with the headset companion app available on psn, which can improve it some. If you don't mind some wires, you may want to pay a little more for PX4.

So far I love this headset even use it wired with my TV by itself the sound is movie quality great headset

I've own lot of headset in my time. By far, this one of the best for the money. Its easy to set up, wireless is great use and sound quality is excellent. I would pick one again later if Sony put out Platium verson.

Very sturdy mic, looks cool, and is comfortable. However, it does take a while to get used to. The buttons are sort of clumsily (is that a word?) put around the ear phones so it's hard to reach. I felt like I set up my Xbox 360 Turtle Beaches much faster and with less problems than this mic. BUT, it is wireless which is a huge plus

I purchased this to use for my PS4 and am satisfied with this wireless headset. For $99.99 what more can you ask for. This is great for basic gaming and online play. But this is not a high end headset. I want a truly wireless headset without using a USB Dongle that has noise cancelation which this does not. I would definitely purchase this again as it is not expensive. High end gaming headsets go upwards of $300. So if you want something to use and not break the bank, these are it.

I just received my pre-order and I am very pleased to say the least. I returned my PX4 because I felt these were better. I also used to have the Sony Pulse Elite and these are similar, but without the vibration, but better overall quality. VSS is fantastic. Easy to use and setup. Once I get the companion app I will have the ability to customize all of my audio from video games to music on my phone.
