First gaming headphones i buy. They are so immersive, i can feel people sneaking behind me, so i can turn around and shoot before they see me

This works pretty well with my Playstation. It does get a bit hot after extended periods of use. But overall I am happy with it.

The sound quality is amazing and that is why I was generous with two stars. This is my sixth headset and they ALL break the same. At the hinges or crack at the top. I do not toss them or bend them out of control. It is a shame that an improvement hasn't been made. If it wasn't for geek squad I would have never bought them.

Bought for my bf as a bday gift. will update review once i know how much he likes and if any negatives to it

Have had to replace the cord 4 times in six months. New cords have cost as much as the headset.

Bought this for my boyfriend. He loves the sound quality and fit.

Great value, ease of use and it's a SONY and it's made for the PS4. Buy this and you can't go wrong.

I bought these for my son. Within 4 mos. they started cracking across the top and now have completely broken. Not worth the money.

This piece of trash is so horrible. It's build too flimsy and weak. I mean I barely held onto it because of how easy it is to break. It is also very uncomfortable. I bought one for me and my sibling and we both sounded dreadful in a party chat with our friends. Simply put BUY TURTLE BEACHES ONLY!!!

My 2 of 5 star rating has nothing to do with the functionality or performance of the product. Simpy put the headset worked and did exactly what it was supposed to. (when I could use it) The issue that I had with this headset was it's poor build quality. I owned this product for less than a year and with moderate, the headset practically disintegrated. Ok of course I'm exaggerating a bit here but after six to eight months of use, the arc band between the speaker began peeling off and exposing the styrofoam. Six weeks later the entire arc collapsed inward rendering the entire product inoperable. As a consumer, I am annoyed that such a low quality product can be manufactured and sold for $100.00 Save your money and look elsewhere for better quality headphones.

This is the worst headset I have had for my ps4. I hate to start off with a comment like this but to be clear this is not the only headset I have had and it is not the only pair of Sony Gold I have had either. I am sure there are a lot of people who have had no problems with this headset but I am not one of those individuals. Be sure if you get this headset you get the 2 yr protection plan because you will need it. My first pair as soon as I used them I was unhappy compared to the function and quality of my turtle beach headset this sony was lacking quality. I continued to use it anyways as I did not think it was the product but that I was just used to my turtle beaches. The sony headset quit working after 4 months they would not hold a charge anymore so I returned them under warranty and $14 later had another set. Took this set home and it would not connect to the dongle. After an hour of resetting the dongle and trying to repair there was another trip back to best buy in which another set was exchanged. After 2 months that set snapped at the hinge for the earpiece. I exchanged this set and received another pair. It worked fine for 3 weeks or so until it quit connecting to the dongle again. The headset buttons became non responsive. I tried to use the headset on another ps4 and it did not work there either. I drained the battery completely and it connected again after another charge. It has now been 2 weeks of dealing with it not connecting and the earpiece snapped again. I am currently now doing a review as I get read to go to bestbuy and just buy another turtle beach set.

I got these today and hooked them up after letting them fully charge and was not impressed at all .. the volume was horrible I even turned them way up and tried playing cod ghosts and couldn't hear ieds going off to well or people walking up ..the cheaper pulse headsets were much louder I had to turn them down even same with my turtle beach px3s .. people have left good reviews and I don't see how maybe I got a bad pair ?? Either way I'm returning them tomorrow my ear buds worked better

Don't know if you could buy a better headphone sound is great and mic is great. The problem is the construction. I rarely use them and handle with extreme care after reading reviews before purchasing. If you want to buy a disposable headphone this is a great purchase.

Decent, wanted ones that could play music and game

I loved these until the hinge broke on its own. I don't know if anyone else is complaining about this, but I would give them 6 months tops. After that, you'll have to duct tape them together. Playstation customer support told me that this is not an issue with the headphones... just customer abuse. This is not true. The hinge design is not good and other reviewers who have had the headset for awhile are having the same problem.

When the earpiece that came with my PS4 stopped working (as it usually does), I decided to splurge on this. Bad decision. Within three months, pieces of it just started falling apart, as if Sony used Elmer's glue to stitch the whole thing together. I was not traveling with it or anything- never left my apartment. Eventually another piece broke off that forced me to duct tape the right headphone to keep it from falling off, rendering it all but useless. Worst headset I've ever owned.

Sound quality is shameful for that price, mic quality isn't good at all. It's ergonomic, though

I got these last yr, had 2 send back 4 months into having, now the hinges are broke again. It hasn't been a year yet. I have to pay for shipping to send back and wait for over a month to get back. I barely use them and when I do use them I am very careful with them. These are not work the headache!!
