I had the elite Sony headset and if you're considering the gold or elite models then definitely go with the gold. They are much more comfortable and the elites don't sound much better.

Outside noce is cancelled, voice and speech is flawless, comfortable, and well worth the price. I've had other people report that they can hear my voice as if they were in front of me and I can hear details in full 360 degree detail. I love the feature allowing me to balance game noice and player chat. Also, you have the option of lowering the volume.

Sony has definitely created a winner in these headphones. To get wireless, virtual surround sound at 7.1 channels, and customizable settings all for just 99 bucks is unheard of. They are very comfortable and sleek. A great accessory to have for your PS4. Sounds awesome and perfect for those times you want to drown out everything else and get lost in your favorite game.

These are really comfortable compared to the previous Sony Pulse edition headphones I own. There are good quality and do not strain my ears and top of my head during long sessions. The sound quality is good and button layout is fairly straightforward. I only wish Sony would update the companion App for the PS4 with more current games!

Good headset for a decent price. Plastic is a little cheap, so be careful not to constantly fold headset down for traveling or it will eventually weaken and break. Past experience.

This headset is one of the best investments I've made . they have amazing sound quality. Way better than the turtle beaches I've tried.
