The simulated surround sound is the best I've heard, let alone compared to headsets actually in its price range. Let my 7 yr old try them out and he kept looking around in real life looking for a zombie in the room as I played last of us!

Yes you can get a higher end middle for 200-400 but why? These work fine for me I get to play and the wife gets her peace.
