This headset is very good for the price I paid ($89) compared to many others I looked at. The wireless aspect is top notch and definitely makes it easier to game without cords. The sounds in game are very adjustable, voice, game sounds and music each have their own adjustment. Best thing is that it's very comfortable even after wearing them for 4 hours. Microphone is good but not great. My buddies can hear me clearly and that's good enough. Not noise cancelling but I don't have any issues with background noise. Overall I'm very pleased with this headset and I definitely recommend it to anyone needing a good headset for PS3 gaming. My buddy is trading in his wired headset for one of these after using mine just once. Very easy to use with the dongle. Just plug it in to a USB port, turn on the headset and you're in. Also works great with my pc. Overall a good purchase.

Great wireless headset that offers 7.1 surround sound, easy volume up/down controls, in-game chat/party control, and pairs easily with the 2.4ghz dongle. Battery life is respectable even after months of use. Also usable with 3.5mm jack to ps4 controller or any other device that has same input. Cons: The dongle takes up a usb port space on the ps4.

they are great for gaming and the sound quality is very smooth. it is over the ear comfy and playing a game with a lot of detailed sounds it makes you feel like your inside the game. i also use the mic and its like talking to someone as if they were sitting right next to me.

Sound and mic quality are pretty decent. Headset charges quickly and has good battery life. You can also use it on your PC with any standard micro USB cable. Just plug it in and itll auto install itself. So far I haven't had any issues with it. Definitely not a replacement for a high end headset though in my opinion... Especially for pc users.

I wear glasses so a lot of the times over the ear headphones eventually hurt during long hours of play. These Sony gold headphones are great even when wearing my glasses and at the same time the gameplay sounds I can hear fine. I'm a big of Rainbow Six Siege so hearing footsteps is a necessary clarity from headphones

My son loves these as a Christmas present. I will one for myself.

Better buy the the Sony pulse head set because of better setting on sound adjustments and button location for mute, volume and surround sound. Easy preset setting with a click on a button and I have had no problems so far. I can play about 7hrs straight of BO3 before head set dies. Never read the manual but manage to configure it to my liking.

This is one of the most reliable headsets I have ever used. I’ve used headsets everywhere from turtle beaches up to the Astro gen 3 and honestly, I prefer this headset. It has good sound quality and durability for its price.The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because about every 10-20 minutes it’ll cut out for about 1 second. It’s not a huge problem but it’s a little annoying.

Great sound quality and battery life, very comfortable too

I've been using it with a PS3 and it works better then the old Triton headset I retired. It's perfectly compatible with the PS, battery life is good for hours of gaming, and no wires! If you're looking for a wireless headset for a PS, stop looking, you won't be disappointed.

I've had many headphones for my PS4 but these take the cake. Wireless and all the functions I need on the headphones itself. In Game volume ( chat vs game) controls on the left as well as the mute and master volume. Hold a very good charge about as long as the controller. I can also get up from the room and get a drink which is about 30ft away.

Very comfortable, syncs to the PS4 easily. Audio quality is great and the Bass Boost mode is plus. I have not encountered any issues with this headset so far. One the plus side you can fold it and it comes with a sweet carry pouch for when you have to be on the go.

The good: Able to hear chat over games effects. Comfortable to wear with glasses. Indicator on screen when muted. The Meh: The buttons are a bit too small for my taste Charging appears that it can only be done through the console. The cord they provide is about one foot long.

This headset isn't the top of the list as far as audio quality is concerned, but it is still great quality. Get this if you're looking for great(not perfect) sound, and convenience. This thing is super easy to configure, worked perfectly on my ps4, as well as my Windows 10 computer with no configuration required at all, just plug it in.

I watched many reviews on several options for headsets and ultimately decided to go with the Golds from Sony. My biggest concern was that some reviews said the voice clarity wasn't the best. That is, people on the other end would have to deal with bad audio coming from you. However, after using them for a month now I can say they are perfectly fine all around. They produce good quality sound, and none of my friends on the other end of chat complain and say my voice sounds fine. The build quality makes for a very, very comfortable set of headphones and can be worn for hours at a time. The battery life is semi decent, about 5-7 hours before a charge is needed. A charging cable is included. They also fold up and make for easy packing when traveling.

There are many headsets out there for gaming and I was very hessitant on which one to buy. This one in particular surprised me and I am very happy with my choice! It was a great deal and they are so comfortable for those all nighters. Sound is very crisp and detailed, battery life is pretty good too.

Bass is awesome sound is great and good battery life. When i first put them on the surround sound was amazing. now i dont know if im just used to it or what but it doesnt really seem the same. still can tell general direction of sounds but not as accurate. Probably worth noting too that i am pretty hard of hearing.
