This item works great, and it's nice that I can use it both wirelessly or wired. However, there are some improvements that could be made to the battery, and it would be nice if it had a removable mic like other headsets, but that's just a personal preference. Otherwise, it is a fantastic headset.

I have enjoyed using my Sony Gold Stereo headset for almost 4years! I purchased a headset for my oldest grandson in December 2018 and now my latest purchase in June2020 was for my 11yearold grandson! We all are enjoying our PS4 game time online with our Sony headsets!!

The price is pretty decent, the only issue was that it wasn’t doing what it was supposed to for me while gaming, I don’t know if the one I got was defective but it wasn’t for it to me with all the issues I had with it.

I just started playing video games and I think they are god for the price! I mean they aren't the astro 50's that my husband have but they are good to start off with. I bought these to see if I can commit to gaming. The buttons are easy to click and to understand.

This headset will get the job done. The built in microphone wasn’t great as other people have made note of how much better my voice quality is with other mics. Comfortable fit and more compact than some other headsets.

I’m not a huge gamer but do play occasionally. This headset is great for basic gamer or for those wanting to watch things without disturbing others in the room. Bluetooth range isn’t much more than room you are in and get a little uncomfortable after about an hr but other than that love them.

Battery life declined already over a couple months. Decent sound, but for the price I’d save more to go for somthing better, if your really looking for a good quality head phone.

These headphones are not the most comfortable for long-term wearing. My brother also has a pair and they have connection issues, but mine have no issues - likely since I don't use them very often (only because I don't play shooting games often)

It can get quiet loud quiet fast, which is ok in limited spurts, but when drags on into several minutes or longer...these work excellent, take nothing away from his gaming experience and allow me a bit of controlled chaos (i.e., not so loud!).

I have been gaming for many years, and this has been a definite upgrade to the experience. The virtual surround is a big upgrade over anything minus a full 7.1 dolby setup. The only con is the mic performance, but I don't use it much so not important to me.

Not terribly comfortable. Solid sound quality. I’ve troubleshooted the mic over and over and it just is completely inconsistent about whether it decides to work or not.

Purchased many headphones for my nephew to game with. Each pair of headphones would burn out. Purchased the Sony headphones for him and we’re still in business. This was the best reliable purchase I’ve made for my nephew. Thank you Sony!

I bought this particular watch because of the sleep monitoring feature. It misses about half my sleep sessions completely. Looking online, this is a common complaint. Daytime activity tracker and notifications work fine.
