    Sounds good but atmos is very bad with this soundbar should of gotten sonos arc instead

    Excellent sounder however mine was missing the wall-mounting hardware and I opted to return for refund.

    Hopefully adding the subwoofer will make it better. The soundbar arrived a day earlier than the sub, thanks to a UPS delay. Both items were supposed to arrive today So I decided to try it out without the subwoofer and so far am underwhelmed. It really is no better than my bose cinemate 15 from 6 years ago. If sub does not make it better, its going back, no way worth $1000 more than what I had.

    Speaker display stuck in HELLO

    After 18 months, the speaker is not working and displays Hello on the display. Contacting Sony, they requested I send it for repair to a location in New York since it’s outside the one year warranty window. It was a nice speaker but for several hundred dollars, this needs to last longer or the customer service should be better.

    I really wasn’t that impressed with sound bar and rear speakers. Rear speakers don’t work with normal tv. I flip between new Sony tv and sound bar. Not much difference. Too expensive for results.

    If you want a loud sound bar this one is not going to satisfy. It is very clear and crisp sounding but lacks power. For the price I’m very disappointed and returning it ASAP

    Part of my order was canceled two days before delivery. I contacted best buy the day before to repurchase canceled item that was in stock. Fast forward to today 10/30, I have been double charged for the sound bar, being charged interest on item that was canceled. AND we opened a best buy card up with a promo of over $300 worth of credit to best buy and now this is also disappeared. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I have contacted best buy on SEVERAL occasions along the Citi credit card company.

    The sound was great but after 3 months the sound bar just turns off on its own and wont turn back on and connect..

    Going to return one week after purchase. Keeps cutting off and reseting. Tried factory reset, keeps failing. One week into purchase, not a good look

    Purchased for our basement. Went bad with very little use. Sony is no help. Yes, it is out of warranty but this soundbar is expensive and unreliable. I would avoid Sony brands.
