You do have the option to adjust the VOICE function to make dialogs clearer:
-Press VOICE to select the setting. The setting appears on the TV screen.
[Voice: On]: Dialog is easily heard by enhancing dialog range.
[Voice: Off]: Deactivates the voice mode function.
Note:
-The setting does not appear on the TV screen while the TV input is selected. In this case, you can check the setting in the front panel display.
-When the BLUETOOTH device is connected in BLUETOOTH transmission mode, the voice mode is disabled.
Additionally, you can adjust the sound settings of the soundbar to tailor-fit the sound quality to your needs. You may refer to this link for more information (refer to "Adjusting the Sound and Volume Quality"):

Sound bar Faulty installation

The Best Buy site manger treated me really bad, saying that I was trying to make a fraud and yelling to me. Finally he changed the bar, but did not authorized the installation again. Sorry but Beat Buy lost me as a loyalty customer.
