Great Controller if it works

Dualsense has had the worst quality control of any controller in memory, don’t be surprised if you need a replacement, which means paying out of pocket for sony to “fix it”

PS has bad customer service

Waited in hours to pre order it and was very disappointed when I had to return it out of principle.
