PS has bad customer service

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Didn’t work out of the package an and PlayStation wanted me to pay for them to fix it. Waited in hours to pre order it and was very disappointed when I had to return it out of principle.
