Very nice controller! I picked it up when it was on a open box sale and the item was like new! BestBuy really took care of it and made sure all the parts and pieces were there and aside from the box being a bit scuffed and dented, the controller and other items itself looked flawless. The controller itself is amazing. The added weight from the parts feels nice in the hand, not too heavy, but heavy enough to give it a bit more presence. The customizable thumbsticks and back bumpers are awesome. And the adjustable stops on the back triggers is game changing. Literally. The triggers actuate earlier which means my fingers and the triggers need to travel less distance in order to be used. That change is huge in fast paced shooters or fighting games where split seconds change the outcome. Lastly, being able to fully swap out the potentiometer easily if any drift arrives is one of the major reasons I wanted this controller. Being able to swap that part out instead of throwing away and buying a whole new controller is already worth the price. The software to be able to customize the back bumpers and remap all of the buttons is huge as well. Allowing for more controller overriding the controllers of games and even allowing more customization in some games that don't offer button remapping. Additionally, its a huge win for the accessibility community where you can make different buttons do different things base on your range of motion and how you need the controller to function. Overall, its an amazing controller and I definitely think its worth the price at full price. It was even more worth it on open box sale!

Very comfortable to hold, the extra buttons make high intensity games more interesting, and the front plate being replaceable makes it easy to customize!

Finally, the black version! This controller has been serving me well in competitive gameplay, like Overwatch and Marvel Rivals. The weight and feel of this controller is quite comfortable, which makes for comfortable gaming. The physcial and digital customization is fantastic; from different sized paddles and joysticks to best meet your preference, to being able to customize trigger and stick deadzones, as well as stick curves and button mapping. The FN (function) buttons are handy for swapping profiles, but I like the little things in small packages, such as being able to control headphone volume by holding FN and toggling up or down on the D-Pad, or balancing Party audio and Game Volume by doing the same, but by toggling left or right on the D-Pad. The extra parts you get in the sleek case is a nice bonus, but I much love the braided charging cable that comes with it! Highly recommend this to any PS lover!

Absolutely love the build quality! It feels amazing in the hands and the extra weigh is actually nice. I would 100% recommend this controller. Not to mention the versatile paddles and replaceable joysticks. Absolutely love!

Feel like these controlelrs are all around great for the heavy gamers here. The battery life is not the best, but I feel like the vibrations in the dual sense are immersive and thus demanding on the battery more than the battery not being great if that makes sense. Lowering haptics should give you noticable improvement. Also this is my second one of these because the rubber on the grips started to seperate from the back of the controller. Unfortunate and perhaps not the best build quality, but the fact that Im buying it again says something.

Best Controller ever Had I recommend midnight Black comes with a customizable box and thumbsticks.

I love the over all design, the grip feel great in your hands, the controller has a good weight to it and the protective case and accessories are a perfect addition.

I can't go back to regular PS5 controllers. The back buttons are so useful, especially for games like Demon Souls where you otherwise have to get into an awkward claw grip for common actions. Profiles and rebinding keys are nice. Build quality is solid, I've had 0 issues with stick drift or anything. Definitely get it when it's on sale if you can. Full price is steep.

The DualSense Edge Wireless Controller has completely transformed the way I play Call of Duty. I’ve used plenty of pro-style controllers before, but nothing comes close to the precision, comfort, and customization that this one delivers. The adjustable trigger stops have made a huge difference in my reaction time—ADS and firing feel almost instant now. Being able to fine-tune stick sensitivity curves has helped me dial in the perfect setup for both sniping and close-quarters combat. The back paddles are incredibly responsive and let me jump, slide-cancel, and swap weapons without ever taking my thumbs off the sticks, which has massively improved my speed and overall performance. Comfort-wise, the controller feels premium and solid, yet never heavy or tiring during long sessions. The grip texture is excellent, and the swappable stick modules are a game-changer for keeping everything feeling brand new. Whether I’m grinding ranked matches or warming up in multiplayer, this controller has genuinely elevated my gameplay. If you’re serious about FPS games—especially Call of Duty—the DualSense Edge is absolutely worth it.

this controller is great the back paddle buttons are a game changer no pun intended I have carpal tunnel so this has been really great, and it lets me game more than I could before being able to swap the thumb sticks is a huge relief to me in case something like drift or they get damaged from falling, the midnight black color is absolutely fantastic it reminds me of the ps2 days

I purchased this controller for my wife, huge gamer and she has seen a huge improvement in the battery life over her original controller. The joystick materials are so much better and the grip isn’t as slippery as the original ones. The added buttons on the back that can be remapped are a huge advantage in different games you play, I recommend this to anyone serious about play, and I can buy the replacement parts for very cheap compared to a new controller

The Sony DualSense Edge is an exceptional controller for serious or competitive gamers who can take full advantage of its extensive customization features and premium build quality. The ability to personalize button layouts, adjust trigger sensitivity, and easily replace analog stick modules provides a genuine in-game advantage and great longevity.

Controller feels really good in your hands compared to regular controller. But much heavier, and battery life does suck !!! Even with no mic , dim screen an LOW rumble if turning off the essentials that make the PS5 controller great to begin with then it's pointless to buy a PS5 . So all in all don't regret purchasing it . But buy a analog stick module from the start !

It functions and feels great but there’s a lot of functions I don’t really have a need for. And honestly for the price I was hoping the battery would last longer than it does. Still good but could have been better.

Eh. Its good. The back buttons make some games a little better, but not every game has use for em. The overall feel is great, and i like the textured grips that make the controller stay firmly in my hands. However, the battery life? Abysmal. No womder it comes with a piece that locks the charging cable into the top of the controller. I will say this, though: the fact you can rwplace the analog sticks if/when drifting or wesr and tear occurs, is the biggest plus for me personally. I am pretty hard on my stock dualsense controllers, and they always end up getting drift or some other problem that makes me buy a whole new controller every year or so. With the replaceable sticks, i can just go spend 15 bucks on amazon to replace them, instead of double to triple price for a qhole new controller. But ya.. battery life is horrible.

It’s great, I was afraid it wouldn’t be compatible with my pc luckily it does. Before you do that make sure you have a ps5 to program the back paddles and other buttons of your choice otherwise you’re gonna have to buy and install a 3rd party program to do that. In regards the remote is great only downside the battery dies quick within maybe an hour of gameplay but if you’re those players that plays with wired to prevent delays then this remote is perfect for you.

The controller is great, all thebparts yoy can switch out the only issue is the battery life. It is vwry weak and i feel like im always having it on charge.

If youre into competitive gaming on console or even pc this is the controller for you. If you like the regular ps5 controllers this will be a breeze. Great weight to it and great customization.
