Love the design and works great!! Best Buy customer service was fantastic

I purchased the Sony DualSense Edge Wireless Controller in both black and white variants, and I must say that I am extremely dissatisfied with my purchase. Despite being a loyal Sony customer for years, this product has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. Firstly, the build quality of these controllers is subpar. The buttons feel cheap and flimsy, lacking the solid and reliable feel that I have come to expect from Sony products. Additionally, the analog sticks are prone to sticking or drifting after just a few uses, making it difficult to enjoy a smooth gaming experience. Furthermore, the battery life of these controllers is abysmal. Even after fully charging them for hours, they barely last through a single gaming session. This constant need for recharging interrupts my gameplay and adds unnecessary frustration. Another major issue I encountered was with connectivity. These controllers frequently lose connection with my console or experience lag during gameplay. This not only disrupts my immersion but also affects my overall performance in games. Moreover, the lack of customization options is disappointing. Unlike other competitors' controllers on the market, Sony's DualSense Edge Wireless Controller offers limited options when it comes to button mapping or adjusting sensitivity settings. This lack of flexibility hampers personalization and adaptability according to individual preferences. Lastly, let's talk about price point. Considering all these flaws mentioned above along with its hefty price tag compared to other wireless controllers available in the market today makes it an even more bitter pill to swallow. In conclusion, I regret purchasing the Sony DualSense Edge Wireless Controller - Black ||| White as it fails to meet even basic expectations in terms of build quality, battery life longevity issues connectivity problems customization options at such a high price point. I would strongly advise potential buyers considering this controller to explore alternative options before making their purchase decision

The adaptive triggers and haptic feedback provide an immersive experience that brings games to life. Customization options are a huge plus, allowing for tailored gameplay.

I love that sony finally came out with a controller likecthis for PS5! Absolutely my favoritr controller. The features are amazing and i love that i can customize it to my liking/needs!

A very good controller, but with a small battery. I turned down the speaker volume, LED lights, vibration and rumble on the controller. I was only able to achieve 3-4 hours of gameplay. Besides the battery life, this controller is packaged with a selection of thumb sticks and interchangeable back paddles. All housed within a hard shell case.

The dual sense edge is a literal game changer! Makes it easier to play fps games without taking thumbs off of the thumbsticks. You can change out sticks that get drift. Highly reccomend.

I loved it an amazing controller, with incredible new added buttons. I use it all the time now, very comfy always keep it clean.

This was the first time I spent this much money on a controller glad I did battery life leaves a lot to be desired but the cord it comes with makes it easy for me to over look!

First purchase - the tubber started to peal off. Was just after a year of purchase. Best buy considered it normal wesr and tear - never had a PS controller peal like this. best Buy CHARGED me a fee to exchange with my protection plan. Was not happy with Best Buy. Hopefully the replacement and the one i bought for my brother doesn peel also. Ugh. Make sure you rxchange things bedorenthe year if you have the BB protection plan. They may consier it normal wear!

Best controller I have used in a long time would recommend

The controller feels well built. From the swappable joysticks to the back paddles. Only real complaint i have is that the battery on average only lasts about 3-4 hours. Now this in part is due to everything this controller has to offer but it would be nice that if you werent using certain features that it would extend the battery life.

This controller looks like the old controller but feels super premium. The only problem is the battery life they dropped the ball on this one. For 200$ it should have an substantially larger battery.

Love this remote! Didn’t know I needed it until I had it. For a not so frequent gamer the bag paddles make life so much easier, and help reduce finger movements or uncomfortable positions.

Great product and it’s way better than buying a normal

Durable better than the regular ones and the back buttons are super nice. Having interchangeable stick tops is amazing and then replacement sticks for stick drift so i dont have to buy another controller another benefit.
