It does have a big negative in the form of battery life. But it feels good to hold and i feel when drift eventually happens, it will be a easier fix!

The ability to replace the thumbsticks is a fantastic plus. My only drawbacks are that I wanted 4 paddles instead of 2 and the battery drains really fast.
