I bought this as an open box. I highly recommend open box product if you’re trying to save some money. quality of the product is in excellent condition. I have had this now for over a month. I have no issues with the product Super happy

Great Controller and great support. This controller I recommend to everyone.

It’s a little hard to get used to and the hand position is a little awkward for the buttons but not too crazy. I also wish the back buttons didn’t have to be removed to fit on the dual wireless charger. I do really like how you can adjust the triggers and can replace the stick modules when experiencing stick drift, that was really the selling point for me as the regular controllers avg 400 hours before experiencing drift. Overall really good product

Best controller out now, if you’re looking to upgrade your gameplay.

The only benefit I’ve gotten from this controller is the ability to buy the $20 stick modules every few months instead of buying a whole new controller. Outside of that all the well-known gripes about this controller are true (poor battery life, limited programmable buttons, etc). I actually thought I could program multi-button sequences on the back paddles when I bought this but that is not the case. Overall though I hope this saves me money in the long run.
