It is pricey but worth it. If youre worried about the back plate you can always replace it.

Wasn't really a big fan of this controller. To me it feels smaller then the regular dualsense and also couldn't really get a good grip on it. The battery life is not that great. The 2 things I did like about it was the stick modules and the integration with my ps5 but that to me wasn't worth $200. I returned it and will wait to see what the version 2 looks like

Best control I’ve invested in and it’s saved me a lot of money

After 1 yer and 6 months of use. The left back paddle is suffering from the issue of the plastic piece connecto wear. The paddle no longer retracts fully, so you have to press differently to make it work.

It is pricey for $199. However, the regular PS5 controller is known to drift after 6 months of use. The green part on the analog stick wears out and needs to be replaced and requires soldering the part back on the board. The Edge offers analog stick replacement cost $20 and you can just pop in. This is the main reason why I bought this controller. I guess its an investment... I already wasted 2 X $69.99 for regular controller with a year. So $140 per year vs. $199 for one controller with $20 replacement if analog stick starts to drift. I only have it for 1 month now, and the jury is still out. Its heavier than the regular control. I gave it 3 stars because of the price. After I bought this, the repair parts for the regular controller cost $13 for 20 pieces and tools. The analog requires 2 parts each. It does require soldiering. After watching YouTube videos how to fix the controller, I was able to fix two of my controllers that were drifting. Now, I have 4 controllers.

Really is ajustable. And grip feels naturally. This is worth the money

Tried this playing various games and hands down the very best controller that I have ever played with because the design is made for ease on the fingers with minimal movement that feels natural. Still have to program the custom settings but have noticed a nice edge above the rest during gameplay.
