The battery life is terrible. Can’t get through the day without charging it mid game. Even if the controller is on but not being used, the battery gets low way too fast. If battery life is not that important to you, it’s a good buy. They really need a longer lasting battery. I would take a bigger battery over the track pad.

It's supposed to make it easy to fix the stupid problem that Sony refuses to (so they can keep selling controllers), but guess what, in the rare event you can find the $20 replacements (and that's $20 PER STICK), it will break again later because the inherent issue is not addressed. Sony Customer Service is garbage and they will make you pay for shipping even on warranty. On a lesser but no less crappier note, this has way less PC support than the regular DS. Basically, this is made to break just like the dual sense, except it gives you a false sense of safety/repairability, and they take more of your money.
